1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Eagle Rewards ("Eagle" or the "app"), published by Rabishtra. By creating an account or using Eagle, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
Eagle is intended for people aged 18 or older. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and must follow laws that apply to you. Certain activities, offers or redemption methods may have additional age, location, device or account requirements.
3. Account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your sign-in method and activity performed through your account. Notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Reasonable one-person, one-account or device-related limits may apply where needed for reward integrity and fraud prevention. These checks will be applied in view of the relevant circumstances rather than as an automatic conclusion of wrongdoing.
4. Reward Coins
Reward coins are in-app rewards recorded within Eagle. They:
- are not bank deposits;
- are not cryptocurrency;
- do not accrue interest;
- have no guaranteed cash value except where Eagle expressly provides an eligible redemption option; and
- may be subject to minimum redemption thresholds, availability and other program conditions.
Coins may not be transferred, sold or exchanged outside an option expressly provided by Eagle.
5. Offers
Third-party offers and activities may each have their own requirements, eligibility rules, tracking methods, validation process, availability, reward values and completion windows. Read all displayed conditions before participating. Starting an offer does not guarantee eligibility, successful tracking or a reward.
6. Reward Validation
Reward credit may depend on confirmation from Eagle or the relevant provider. A reward may be delayed, withheld, reversed or rejected where:
- the displayed offer requirements were not satisfied;
- completion cannot reasonably be validated;
- duplicate or previously completed activity is detected;
- fraud, manipulation or material rule evasion is reasonably suspected; or
- the provider reports a rejection, cancellation or reversal.
Where practical, support may review relevant information supplied by the user and provider. Provider records and technical tracking may be necessary to resolve a missing-reward query.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not attempt to obtain ineligible rewards or interfere with Eagle. Prohibited conduct includes:
- creating or operating multiple accounts to abuse rewards;
- using automated, scripted or bot activity;
- manipulating devices, accounts or tracking systems;
- creating fake referrals or engaging in self-referral abuse;
- using a VPN, proxy or location manipulation where prohibited by an offer;
- modifying the app or circumventing technical controls;
- exploiting or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities; or
- fraudulently representing offer completion.
Good-faith security reports should be sent privately to support and will not be treated as prohibited conduct merely because they identify a possible vulnerability.
8. Referrals
A referral program may be available only to eligible users and may be modified or withdrawn. Referral rewards are subject to the rules shown for the applicable program. A code or link being recorded does not guarantee that either user will receive a reward. Duplicate, self-referred, automated or otherwise ineligible referrals may be rejected.
9. Redemption
Available redemption methods and minimum thresholds may vary. You must provide valid and accurate account or payment information for the selected method. Processing time may depend on validation, the selected provider and operational conditions. Additional verification may be requested where reasonably required for security, compliance or fraud prevention.
10. Account Suspension
Rabishtra may temporarily restrict, suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, protect users or services, or respond to a serious or repeated violation of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, users may contact support for information or review.
11. Third-Party Services
Eagle may link to or depend on independent offer providers, authentication services, advertisers, redemption providers and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Rabishtra is not responsible for independent services or events outside its reasonable control, but may assist with relevant support information where practical.
12. Availability
Features, offers, reward amounts, thresholds and redemption methods may change, be limited or become unavailable. Availability can differ by user, location, device, provider criteria or campaign capacity. Eagle may update or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to administer already validated account activity.
13. No Guaranteed Earnings
Using Eagle does not guarantee income, earnings, rewards or financial benefit. Participation requires no expectation that a particular offer will be available, that an activity will qualify or that reward coins will have a particular redemption value. Eagle is a rewards app, not employment, a bank account, an investment product or a source of guaranteed income.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rabishtra will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from the use or unavailability of Eagle, independent third-party services, or a user's failure to follow offer conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
Eagle is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
15. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to Eagle, provider arrangements, legal requirements or program rules. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel. Continued use after revised Terms take effect indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. No specific exclusive court jurisdiction is designated by these Terms.
